Shipment processing time
All supplies orders (Music Mechanisms and Kits) are processed
within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or
holidays.
Our handcrafted boxes are not mass produced, and all good
things take time - production (customer engraving, box build and fitting of unique
music) takes 5 working days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We make use of Fastway Couriers, DSV and Aramex .

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be
active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Music Box SA is not responsible for any customs and taxes
applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility
of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
We take the utmost care to deliver your order in pristine
condition to your door. Music Box SA is not liable for any products damaged or lost
during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment
carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside South Africa.
Easy Return
Not happy with your purchase? We offer a 14 day easy return policy.
To be eligible for a return, please inform us at info@musicboxsa.co.za, your
item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must
also be in the original packaging.
